Description (partial)

RACL configured in the input direction on an SVI is dropping traffic within the same subnet that the SVI is located in.

Traffic that is being dropped by the RACL will be match the statements on the RACL.

The traffic being dropped by the RACL is sourced/destined to hosts in the same subnet hence the RACL should not effect that traffic as it should not be routed.

Issue happens intermittently.
