Symptom:
Problem Description:

1. click play button on one of the voicemail.
2. during downloading, switch tab to another voicemail item.

Expected result:
play button back to original status.

Actual result:
play button keeps spinning.

Reproducible:Yes

Platform: MacBookAir8,2
Teams Version: 3.0.15081.0
OS Version: 10.15.2

If there are network issues while downloading the VM
