Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you search for a device using Cisco DNA Center's Global Search function, it directs you to the incorrect device.

Conditions:
This can happen when the device discovered has a MAC address of all zeros.  You can confirm this under Provisioning > Inventory Focus, then select a device name and check the MAC address.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
