Description (partial)

Symptom:
Header line in the output of "sh controllers fabric fia q-depth" implies that the displayed counter is reporting the number of packets sitting in ingress FIA memory, while in reality that counter represents bytes, not packets.

In below example, it's 3,801,204 bytes, not packets, that are awaiting grant from the arbiter:
