Symptom: 1. Observing inconsistency between SSO login procedure for Webex Teams application (MAC and Windows) vs web browser version. 2. Users who input incorrect email address, press the "Use a different email address" button and afterwards using correct email address are not correctly redirected to the IdP site. Conditions: - Webex Teams account in the organization with SSO enabled. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Webex Teams for Windows/MAC. 2. Login with wrong email address (wrong domain for instance). 3. Click Login. 4. Click "Use a different email address". 5. Enter the correct email address. 6. Click Login. 7. User is prompted to enter password and will not be redirected to the IdP Login page.
