Description (partial)

Symptom:
It is observed that there is an increase within the bundle-ethernet. Members show excess bandwidth and do not respect QOS policy.

Conditions:
After some interface flap from a Bundle the LC that hosts the interface that flap may not program correctly the policy, so the BW that we should police or shape may not be honor.

In order to confirm if we are been impact by this DDTS we should
1.- show qos interface bundle-ehternet YY <<<<< Look for the Bucket id from parent Interface
2.- show qos rm police bucket-entry xxx input sw location 0/X/cpu0
3.- show qos rm police bucket-entry xxx input hw location 0/X/cpu0

xxx is the Bucket ID
Outpuut from 2 and 3 should have same values.

Having Carrier Delay down and Dampening can help to reduce the possibility of hitting the condition.
