Description (partial)

Symptom:
Oldest route is replaced from multipath selection, without any withdraw being received from the RRs (router-reflectors) for that specific path. Issue is due to path id reassignment of the path.

Conditions:
- Customer has a PE with BGP "maximum-paths ibgp 2 unequal-cost" enabled.
- There are 4 unique paths for a specific route in the network.
- There are 2 Route-Reflectors in the network announcing 2 paths each to the PE.
