Sessmgr was asserted with below traces,

Conditions:
SGW sends "Delete Bearer Request" , while MME processing "PDN disconnect procedure" at mme application level,
it got aborted but the reentrant flag is set wrongly due to the abort, due to that ASSERT has happened
