Description (partial)

Symptom:
Memory leak on SNMP walk. 
Every time SNMP walk or get-bulk or get command is executed for ciscoSlaEntitlementInfoEntry, memory leak is observed for one of it's members.

Conditions:
1. Entitlement consumed in device
2. SNMP walk/get-bulk/get command for ciscoSlaEntitlementInfoEntry, initiated from SNMP server.
