Description (partial)

Symptom:
AnyConnect is unable to establish a session with VPN server.  The user may see the following message:
"Unable to retrieve logon information to verify compliance with AnyConnect logon enforcement and VPN establishment profile settings. A VPN connection will not be established."

If DART logs are enabled, the following messages may be seen:
"CLoginTerminalServices::QuerySessionInformation returned an unexpected WTSClientProtocolType value of 1"
or
"CLoginTerminalServices::QuerySessionInformation returned an unexpected WTSClientProtocolType value of 3"

Conditions:
User is logged in to a non-local Windows session that is not RDP and attempts an AnyConnect VPN connection.
