Description (partial) script has a hardcoded threshold value for Gx processing time:

#alarm if Gx message processing above 20ms

This threshold can be too low for some situations, generating multiple alarms for values just above threshold that are not service impacting but filling up the logs with alarms and errors.

When processing time is just above threshold, usually due to the extra processing time used by  LDAP query response and Sy LSR message
