Description (partial)

Symptom:
Crash after configuring eBGP related commands. 
Crash happened while periodic chunk sanity check by the checkheap process.
It happened in BGP Net table chunk which is used for storing BGP route entries.

Conditions:
Having eBGP just configured was the trigger, internally it could be the subsequent route processing - incoming route handling, applying inbound policy (soft reconfiguration inbound enabled), bestpath calculation, and route update generation.
