Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA/FTD in ASP drop captures might report the drop reason 'Drop-reason: (unable-to-create-flow) Flow denied due to resource limitation' for the packets that are sourced from remote-access VPN users, if such packets have multicast destination IP addresses and if they are denied by the VPN filter. Incorrect drop reason might be reported even there is no resource limitation on the device.

Conditions:
All of the following conditions must match:

- Remote access VPN.
- Group policy has a VPN filter policy that denies packets with multicast destination IP addresses.
- ASP drop captures.
