Products (1)

  • Cisco DNA Center

Known Affected Releases

DNAC1.2.12 DNAC1.3.0.6 DNAC1.3.0.7

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco DNA Center may fail to collect inventory from a Catalyst 9500-48Y4C due to a duplicate key constraint violation. The issue is due to interface names not being in a normalized form (forming part of the businesskey i.e. Key (owningentityid, ifindex, neighbordeviceid, neighborport, tenantintsegment, tenantlongsegment)=(974989_974989, 47, xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx, 0rad2-s11:Tw1/0/46, 1283434463, 6659277979905940224)), leading to the issue.

Conditions:
This was observed after a Dnac upgrade from 1.2.x to 1.3.0.6 some Migrator class normalized Grt table B.Key and not in lldpneighbourinfo due to invalid interface name in neighbourport column
