Symptom:
When we log in to the Trace collection service via browsers, after 30 min of inactivity logout will happen. 
UserID value is not printing in the Audit logs when the logout is happened for the Cisco Trace collection service.

Conditions:
1).When we log in to the Trace collection service via browsers, after 30 min of inactivity logout will happen.

1)Open RTMT Tool/Trace & log central/collect install logs/finish/. after 30 min of inactivity logout will happen.
