Here is the email link from Customer that doesn't work,

Symptom:
Once a client report is generated by giving Cisco DNA Center the desired email address, the email gets sent out, but the link for downloading the report doesn't work even though we have the necessary permissions.  This is from the page "Client" under Tools > Data & Reports > Catalog > Client > Schedule.

Conditions:
Email link that is being sent as part of Client report generation under data and reports doesn't work 
 "Client" under Tools-> Data& Reports->Catalog->Client->Schedule
