Symptom: ICD or SVR logs are no longer writing to the default directory path. %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Cisco\CUACA\Server\Logging\SVR\ICD.log %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Cisco\CUACA\Server\Logging\SVR\ICDService.log Logs will appear to be missing or have stopped writing. Logs will be written to the following paths instead %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Arc\Arc Connect\Server\Logging\SVR\ICD.log %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Arc\Arc Connect\Server\Logging\SVR\ICDService.log Conditions: Collecting SVR/ICD logs from the default directory path's and data is missing.
