Description (partial)

SDA Transit Border provisioning may fail with the error: "NCSP10025: Provisioning failed".  Cisco DNA Center logs show an exception in the network-programmer log:

" CommandTreeTypeNOM for device <device_id> Failed to recognize the following configuration :"
itr map-resolver x.x.x.x prefix-list Global/New_York,_NY_list1    [/parserOutput/RouterLISP/lispInstanceId/serviceIPV4]

This occurs when the site name has a comma "," character in it, for example, "New York, NY"
