Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Smart Licensing configuration pages may show errors or not load properly.

When clicking on the License Type button, the following may be seen:
Error occurred
Internal Server Error. Try again later or contact your system administrator.

When clicking on the Transport Settings button, the following may be seen:
Error occurred

When clicking on the Register button, the user will just see the word, Loading with a spinning circle and the page will never load.

In the catalina log, under %CVP_HOME%\OPSConsoleServer\Tomcat\Logs, the following errors will be seen:
