Description (partial)

Symptom:
An ASR1000 router running affected code could experience a crash when a crypto keyring or a pre-shared key within a crypto keyring is modified.

Conditions:
A crypto keyring is deleted and re-added to the config, or a pre-shared key within a crypto keyring is deleted and re-added to the keyring.

In-place modifications of pre-shared keys are not allowed within IOS, do the only way to modify a pre-shared key for a certain IP address or host is by deleting and re-adding the key. If there is not enough time between the removal and re-addition operations, this crash could occur.
