Description (partial)

Symptom:
show tech-details contains show interface command. In this a port-channel gets the following error:

pm_get_port_channel_counters: Failed to parse port counter stats ret_val (0x1)

This leads to some of the following port-channels having mismatched counters the following show interface counters command:

show interface

port-channel101 is trunking
...
        34 discards,68 errors
        34 invalid CRC/FCS,0 unknown class
        0 too long,0 too short
      1708222326436 frames output,3253511056753324 bytes
        0 discards,0 errors

show interface counters

port-channel101
...
      4 discards, 8 errors, 4 CRC/FCS
0 unknown class, 0 too long, 0 too short
    1658590719503 frames output, 3147629413173316 bytes
      0 discards, 0 errors

The above seems to indicate the number of input discards went from 34 to 4 while the show tech-support was underway.
