Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cannot hear audio when picking up calls in Teams on iPhone due to DB deadlock crash.

Conditions:
When the user receives a call in Teams on her iPhone she picks up but hears no audio, there is just dead air. Meanwhile, the caller still hears ringing. In the logs we can see multiple call failures like this:

Additionally, when she picks the same call in Teams on her computer in connects just fine.
