Symptom: The CF_RESOURCE_OUT_OF_SERVICE is encountered when the agent IPCC extension is moved to a new device but the Observers is still looking at the old device. Is well documented. When this occurs FInesse will display CF_RESOURCE_OUT_OF_SERVICE . version 220.127.116.1100-24 displays Operation Error. ??34???finesse.utilities.l18n.getString(): invalid_getMsg is displayed. Conditions: This occurs when the IPCC extension is moved from one device to another. Web services log indicates a failed command response. -CCBU_COMMAND_POOL-10-worker-37-3-CMD_FAILED: %[ENTITY_ID=LopezE5][ERROR_DESCRIPTION=errorCode 34][command_name=SetAgentState]: Received failed command response The MIVR logs indicate CF_RESOURCE_OUT_OF_SERVICE -MIVR-SS_RM-7-UNK: [MIVR_SS_RM_RmMsgProcessor-67-0-RmMsgProcessor] com.cisco.wf.subsystems.rmcm.Agent Posting msg CONTROL_FAILURE_CONF Socket:Socket[addr=10.18.48.121,port=46136,localport=12028] invokeID:19681 failureCode:CF_RESOURCE_OUT_OF_SERVICE errorCode:88004 text:Resource's device is off in CTI Server's message queue This is a known issue when moving IPCC extensions from one device to another
