Symptom: LDAP Search Configuration page content lost if Primary Server or the network connection or server IP possess issue Conditions: 1)Login to CCMAdmin. 2)Post adding Directory as UC Service via User Management->User Settings->UC Service. 3)Access the path System->LDAP->LDAP Search. Post filling required fields, including enabling LDAP Search for enterprise users through UDS -Enable user search to Enterprise Directory Server ,click on Save button. For either of the reason like Primary Server(UC Service Directory ) is down or network is unreachable or Server IP has problem, after click on save button page content is lost with message-"Failed to connect to Primary, check the server IP or the network connection"
