Description (partial)

Jabber plays a local recording tone every 15 seconds, but far end hears no tone.

The jabber.log shows message similar to: "[csf::ecc::CpveAudioProvider::toneStart] - Tone direction PLAY_TONE_TO_ALL is unsupported, treating as PLAY_TONE_TO_EAR."

CUCM Service Parameters "Play Recording Notification Tone To Observed Target" and "Play Recording Notification Tone To Observed Connected Parties" are set to TRUE, and Jabber line is configured for Automatic Recording.
