Symptom:

 the CPU/Memory of vpnmgr increased, it may cause a restart of vpnmgr, meanwhile we have the DNS NAPTR success rate issue on these vMMe. 
When the CPU load of vpnmgr Reached 100% , the instance restarted. After that the success rate of DNS request was fine.

Medium, DNS NAPTR success rate degradation, VPNGMR restart
