Description (partial)

When following the recommended restarts, agents logging will not be able to login to the secondary node (Notification service). Agents logging into the Pub will be presented with the cert for the Subscriber :7443 that cannot be accepted. They can X out of this, but Live Data will not load on the Publisher (Socket.IO service restart needed). CUIC Serviceability also should be restarted.

Service that should be restarted on both nodes
CUIC Reporting
CUIC Serviceability
Notification Service
Finesse Tomcat
Cisco Tomcat

A full reboot is cleaner.
