Description (partial)

Symptom:
Slowness observed in "show run" or "write mem" command and new user "rpc" seen in running config with privilege 0.

In addition, syslogs flooded with following message

2020 Feb 29 20:25:01 hz02ddew03 lsass: %WAAS-UNKNOWN-3-899999: [lsass] Conflict discovered for UID 855584078. User "Domain\UID1" had this UID at time 2020/02/29 15:24:16, but now (2020/02/29 15:25:01) user Domain\UID2 has the UID. Please check that these users are not currently conflicting in Active Directory. This could also happen (safely) if the UIDs were swapped between these users.

Conditions:
WAAS device domain joined to Windows AD Domain controller.
