Description (partial)

Symptom:
User cli session still persists even if the same user is deleted from another open nfvis session. User is logged in via ssh.

Conditions:
->User is created on ENCS server through CLI using admin credentials
-> GUI and CLI session with new user is opened
-> delete the created user from CLI using admin account
-> Navigate from GUI page and it will ask the credentials again (Correct Behavior)
-> CLI session that was opened in step 2 and it still persists (which should have been deleted).
