Symptom: Client cannot communicate after shutting down for more than 5 minutes client -- hub or L2SW -- c2960l -- Radius In the above environment, even if the authentication information of the printer is maintained in the MAC authentication switch, an event that communication cannot be established occurs if the non-communication state continues for about 300 seconds. a. Confirm MAC authentication status on c2960l → Success b. Ping PC from c2960l → OK c. Shutdown the PC (over 5 minutes) d. Confirm MAC authentication status on c2960l → Success e. Power on the PC f. Ping PC from c2960l → NG g.Enter the clear authentication session command, the phenomenon has improved. The version used by the customer is 15.2 (6) E3. Since this case corresponds to the EoSM status of this version, I asked the customer to upgrade to 15.2 (7) Ex. Due to the effects of the coronavirus, I cannot use the CALO machine to reproduce it further with the new version. After the customer gives me a log, I will continue to upload to this case. Conditions: An event occurs if no communication continues for more than 300 seconds. And this phenomenon does not occur when the power is turned off for less than 300 seconds.
