Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the VLANs range between DVS and Cisco ACI Virtual Edge have overlapping values, it is possible that some packets intended for the DVS will leak into the Cisco ACI Virtual Edge. These unwanted packets will cause the Cisco ACI Virtual Edge to create orphaned port(s) which will remain in WAIT_INV state until they are removed by the background port cleanup routine.

Conditions:
This happens when below conditions are met :
1. Have overlapping VLAN between DVS and ACI Virtual Edge internal VLAN pool
2. Same AEP being used between Cisco ACI Virtual Edge and DVS VMM
