Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the Webex Teams mobile Android app is running in the background for a long time, it won't update spaces that were left from the Desktop client app. 
Android client stops syncing updates until its opened up again. Then, it synchronizes  the most recent information for existing chats, but doesn't purge chats that were left from the desktop client.

Conditions:
Webex Teams mobile Android app is running in the background for a long time
