Description (partial)

Symptom:
+ Malware file lookups on FDM are using legacy port "32137" and connection is being reset by AMP Server

+ From Malware Even log you will see disposition "unknown" and reason" Cloud Lookup timeout"

Conditions:
1) Upgraded Firepower Device Manager from 6.2.3 or 6.3, to 6.4  6.5 or 6.6

2) Messages.log

[WARN] Failed to connect to the cloud: Can't send data cloud-sa.amp.cisco.com

 SFDataCorrelator:imcloud [WARN] cloud_receive_tcp: read error from <AMP's Public IP Here>: Connection reset by peer

 SFDataCorrelator:imcloud [WARN] cloud_send_tcp: write: Broken pipe

SFDataCorrelator:imcloud [ERROR] im_query_session: failure querying cloud: Can't send data


3) Captures from MGMT indicate connections are going to AMP Cloud on port 32137
tcpdump -s 0 -nli eth0 -nn host cloud-sa.amp.cisco.com
