Description (partial)

An ISR4K or VG450 CUBE running affected code could see a chunk memory leak in the SCCP TLS Client process when a phone unexpectedly deregisters from CUCM.

Phones experience an unexpected deregister event, causing the router to not properly clean up data structures for the SCCP TLS application.

'show mem all totals' output indicates increasing memory utilization in the "Init" and/or "MallocLite" processes. 'show mem lite-chunk totals' shows an instruction in the SCCP TLS Client process allocating many 80-byte lite-chunks:

Router# show mem lite-chunk totals

               PC Total Count
     561A3BED25D2 1619821912 20248719 <<<< 1619821912/20248719 = ~80 bytes per chunk
