Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is a stale pervasive route after a DHCP relay label is deleted.

Conditions:
- Configured Global DHCP Relay Policy pointing to the Associated EPG in Tenant-1 VRF-1 where the DHCP server is located.
Fabric -> Access Policies -> Policies -> Global -> DHCP Relay

Tenant-1:
- Mark the bridge domain subnet where the DHCP server is located as "Advertised Externally" and "Shared between VRFs".

Tenant-2:
- Go to the bridge domain where you want to apply "DHCP Relay Labels" and create the label. Pick the bridge domain that you had created from Tenant-1.
- A pervasive route pointing to the subnet that is being shared will get added with next hop that is being pointing toward the spine switch V4 proxy.
- Now, delete the relay label. The pervasive route will remain. This is the only way is to clean reload the switch.
