Description (partial)

Symptom:
The SUP on a modular chassis may reboot due to kernel crash due to Machine Check Error (MCE) with the following messages in kernel dmesg logs.

    <0>[2456655.159470] MACHINE CHECK ERROR 
    <0>[2456655.159478] MACHINE CHECK ERROR

Conditions:
This can happen if CPU memory sub-system or DIMM module might have reporting multiple bits of error.
There is no specific trigger or condition for this very rare to happen issue.
