Symptom:
mpls_lsd crash on the active RP.

Conditions:
Crash may be seen on executing "show mpls lsd forwarding vrf <>" for a vrf OR executing "show tech mpls lsd".

The crash requires large label stack feature to be seen, so this crash only affects NCS5500 family.
