Description (partial)

Fabric modules N9K-C9504-FM-E in SPINEs fails and results in loss of traffic via failed SPINE node

Symptom:
Periodic collection of tech support on spines via APIC policy or periodic tech support collection via NIA (Network Insight Advisor) APIC APP or periodic execution of "show platform internal hal l3  <>" command on the device would result in memory leak in HAL process. The problem is more severe on systems with heavy ECMP scale.

Conditions:
Reduce the duration of periodic tech support collection or collect when it is necessary
