Description (partial)

A spine switch reloads with the following reason:

The symptom may be observed when the spine switch COOP opens a socket on port 5112, which was initially used in a physical pod, but later was moved to a vPod use case only. In this case, a lot of activity is noticed for the 5112 socket, which makes zmq repeatedly connect/disconnect on the socket. This repeated TCP connection flap causes a memory leak, which leads to the switch reload.
