Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Usersync schedule task will be creating a task_xx file in /etc/cron.d directory during each deployment. This file is expected to be deleted once the task is successful or failed. However, this file is not getting deleted, and several task files are getting accumulated in the directory..

Conditions:
On every deployment, the User sync task is created on the cron.d directory
