Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Data Center Network Manager

Known Affected Releases

11.3(1) 11.4(0.78) 11.4(0.92)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
With switch release 9.3.3, enabling feature ngmvpn (TRM) on switch adds additional configs "ip multicast multipath s-g-hash next-hop-based" under all existing VRFs as well as new VRFs created after that.
So with Easy Fabric if feature TRM is enabled for the fabric and Strict Config Compliance is enabled, switches would go OUT-OF-SYNC on enabling TRM and on creation of each VRF.

Conditions:
The issue happens when following conditions are true:
- Switch Software Version is 9.3.3
- TRM is enabled on Easy Fabric
- Strict Config Compliance is enabled for the fabric
- VRFs exist in fabric or new VRFs created
