Description (partial)

Issue 1. BGP MIB queries for neighbors under VRF context doesnt return response.
  -- happens from 5.3.4 onwards
Issue 2. BGP MIB queries for default neighbors return response for only one instance.
  -- happens from 6.3.3 onwards

SNMP returns this error:

snmpwalk -v2c -c3ch0StarEther
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises. = No Such Instance currently exists at this OID
