Cisco Bug: CSCvt47338 - Endpoints do not present entire certificate chain for TLS
Apr 25, 2020
- Cisco Telepresence Integrator C Series
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: This typically works fine for certificates signed by a CA that the other party has on file. However, while a bit troublesome to deploy, it is still entirely possible for the endpoint's certificate to be signed by a longer chain of CAs, in which case the endpoint should present the entire chain. Conditions: CE endpoints (whether operating as client or server) would present its own certificate only to the remote party over HTTPS.
