Description (partial)

Symptom:
88XX Cisco IP phones intermittently crashing when retrieving calls from shared lines.

Agent 1 receives an incoming call on a SHARED LINE and answers.
Agent 1 puts the call on hold.
Agent 2 picks up the held call on the SHARED LINE
Agent 2's phone crashes and reboots

this bug impacts all 78xx/88xx desktop and conference phones.

Conditions:
88XX needs to be idle and call needs to be answered by another device, then 88XX needs to retrieve the call from that shared line, this was happening at least twice every 10 test calls.
