Symptom:
Issue :
Closing the browser and reopening the browser with the mapped url, results in the authentication pop-up within the timeout period

Issue :
Authentication pop-up is not shown since the authcache entry for mapped url has timed out.

Conditions:
accessing the url from non-cda client results in below authcahe entry and the logs show the transaction type as "BASIC"
