Conditions:
8861 phone with HW Rev V15 and above, tethered to the machine running Jabber
Jabber client trying to do deskphone video (Voice on 8861, Video on machine running Jabber)
Deskphone video doesn't work
Jabber deskphone video works fine wiht 8861 Phone with HW Rev less than V15
