Symptom:
CUBE Call failure may occur in a scenario where both IPv4 And IPv6 is enabled.

Conditions:
Customer can probably hit this condition during ab IPv4 to IPv6 migration.

CUCM is set for dual IP Stack, IPv4 and IPv6
IP-Phone set for IPv4
CUBE is having both IPv4 and IPv6 enabled and TDM Trunk.
Ipv4v6 shared is enabled on CUCM SIP Trunk
