Cisco Bug: CSCvt43931 - ccm cored while accessing freed memory of mLineProperty object

Symptom: 1. User dialed a non-reachable number. 2. CUCM inserted annunciator to play announcement to caller. 3. While announcement was being played to caller, caller’s phone gets unregistered. 4. This leads ccm to clean up some data structures associated with an internal process. These data structures are shared with other processes which are yet not cleaned up. 5. After successful announcement completion, other processes which were sharing deleted data structures, tried to reference this data structure. 6. At this point ccm process cored with signal 11 (segmentation fault) Conditions: Additional conditions: 1. Call flow that needs insertion of announcement. 2. Phone unregisters while announcement is being played. 3. Experienced with SIP based phones.
