Description (partial)

Cisco DNA Center and Cisco Smart Software Manager (CSSM) may not sync licensing data successfully.  For example, CSSM may show that it has licenses to be claimed for a Catalyst 9600, while Cisco DNA Center reports that there are not any Catalyst 9600 licenses available.

This was observed in Cisco DNA Center
Even resync and  resetting the CSSM account on DNAC will not help
