Description (partial)

Symptom:
cEdge devices experienced a FPMD crash when the centralized policy with an app route policy was modified.
Console logs :
%PMAN-5-EXITACTION: R0/0: pvp: Process manager is exiting: Critical process fpmd fault on rp_0_0 (rc=134)
%IOSXEBOOT-4-FACTORY_RESET: (rp/0): This was not selected via cli. Rebooting like normal

Conditions:
centralized policy with an app route policy was modified.
